Itinerary
Arrive in Muscat at your own schedule. Depending on your flight, you may arrive by night or day. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the airport and transferred to your hotel or directly start your adventure. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the city and enjoy local flavors

Begin your day visiting the majestic Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a masterpiece of modern design and traditional craftsmanship. Travel to the Nakhal Oasis, a paradise of date palms, and continue to Wadi Bani Kharus for a scenic hike in Al-Alya. Explore lush terraces, cross a mountain pass, and reach the hidden Ad Dar oasis, where locals cultivate roses and bananas. Experience authentic Omani village life before overnighting in a charming guesthouse.

Walk through the serene village of Bilad Seet, nestled at the foot of the northern slopes of Jebel Akhdar. Pass through a dramatic gorge, admire the palm groves, and ascend to Sharaf Pass for panoramic views of terraced fields. Continue to Misfat Al-Abriyeen, a remote village accessible only on foot, where fresh water nourishes the central oasis via an ancient irrigation system. Leave the dunes to reach Djebel Kobra, a chalky limestone massif once used for salt mining. Explore the salt domes and wander through the maze of canyons carved in the rocks. Camp overnight amidst astonishing natural rock formations.

Drive to Mahout to discover the colorful sand hills—ochre, red, and white—forming a unique landscape. Hike across rocks and dunes to a spectacular spot where white dunes meet ochre sands. Set up camp at sunset in this magical scenery.
